
Brattle Square is intentionally small and founder-led. Clients work directly with the Principals, which means advice is consistent, context-aware, and grounded in real experience rather than delegated to rotating project teams.

When needed, we coordinate with legal advisors (corporate, cross-border, regulatory), procurement and contracting specialists, technical experts, and financial advisors for joint ventures or acquisitions. Brattle Square always remains on the client side as the the strategy partner and integrator so that the work of these specialists aligns with your overall objectives.

We use sophisticated and well-established strategy tools and frameworks internally, but we present conclusions in clear, straightforward language. The focus is always on decisions, trade-offs, and next steps, not on jargon.

Our values guide the choices we make about clients, partners, and projects. We are comfortable saying “no” when a potential engagement does not align with our ethical standards, or when we believe we cannot add real value. We prefer a smaller, well-focused portfolio of clients over rapid expansion.
